Lukas Amare, a sophomore at UC Irvine, secured seventh place in the Big West Conference men's cross country final at the Ag-Ops course in Riverside, Calif. Amare covered the 8-kilometer layout in 23:56.0, helping the Anteaters earn sixth overall with 146 points.
